Get Ready for a Sweet Adventure in South Lyon!

Hey there, South Lyon! Are you ready for some festive fun? Mark your calendars because December 7th is going to be a delightful day for families in our charming little city. Pack up your little ones and head over to McHattie Park, where a magical Candy Cane Hunt awaits!

A Sweet Search Awaits

Starting at 10 AM, children will have the chance to scour the park in search of hidden candy canes. But not just any candy canes! They’ll be on the lookout for those vibrant multi-colored ones! And guess what? If you find these special treats, you’ll snag a fabulous prize!

The kids will be sorted into different age groups to ensure everyone has a fair shot at collecting as many candy canes as they can. So let the kiddos bring their competitive spirit, and don’t forget to bring along a bag—or two—to fill up with all those yummy candies!

Meet Santa and Indulge in Treats!

But wait, there’s more! After the treasure hunt, head over to the McHattie Park Pavilion for a chance to meet Santa Claus and his merry elves. What’s Christmas without a little chat with the big man himself? Plus, while you’re there, enjoy some delicious cookies and warm hot cocoa. It’s the perfect way to warm up after your candy-cane collecting adventures!
