Michigan Forest transforms into Illuminated Halloween Night Walk!
In the heart of Commerce Township, Michigan, a forest is taking a spooky turn. For the fifth year in a row, the woods become a mesmerizing and eerie Halloween trail lit up like a jack-o-lantern. The renowned Glenlore Trails prepares for another season of Halloween-inspired night forest walk called “Enchanted” starting Friday, September 20.
This family-friendly trail, located at 860 Newton Road in Commerce Township at Multi Lakes, incorporates a mile-long walk through the lush woodland. Fear not, while the atmosphere will be mysterious and the trail illuminated, the creators promise no hair-raising scares!
As wanderers stroll through the forest, they will stumble upon various interactive experiences and fun games nestled in the eerily lit heart of the forest. Interested Halloween enthusiasts can mark their calendars as ticket sales kick off Tuesday, August 13. Early birds also have the opportunity to join a waitlist to buy tickets a day before.
The ticket prices are extremely affordable with adults priced at $25, children aged 4-12 at $15, and it’s absolutely free for kids under 3. Senior citizens (65+) will be granted entrance at a reduced price of $20. For those worried about their rumbling tummies during the walk, worry no more! A fleet of food trucks and concession stands await hungry travelers along the route.
The enchanted Glenlore Trails will be open every Thursday through Sunday evening until November 3rd; Post-Halloween, the trail will transition into a festive Christmas Walk starting November 15th. If you’re in Michigan, this is a Halloween event you wouldn’t want to miss!
