From Friday, September 6 to Sunday, September 8, downtown Plymouth is hosting the Plymouth Fall Festival. Lots of goodies are planned including a craft show, fair rides, a car show, and live music. The best part? It’s completely free to join!
On Saturday, September 7, from 11 a.m. till late evening, the Cass Corridor in Detroit becomes the playground for art, music, and food enthusiasts at the ever-popular Dally in the Alley festival. Now in its 45th year, this daylong event will be packed with entertainment ranging from bands to a dog show to even a drag performance. And yes, entry is absolutely free!
On Saturday and Sunday (September 7 and 8), head to Canterbury Village in Lake Orion for their Donut and Cider Fest. Kickstart your fall season with some scrumptious cider, delectable donuts, and loads of fun, including a petting farm, lawn games, and bounce houses. Entry will cost you $4 if you bring cash or $5 if you use a card.
From Friday to Sunday (September 6 to 8), you can check out the St. Linus Fall Festival at St. Linus Church in Dearborn Heights. Live music, fair rides, a beer tent – the list of fun things to do is endless here.
That’s not all, folks! There’s also the food truck rally at Dodge Park in Sterling Heights, the first-ever art festival in downtown Trenton, the spooky and creepy Wicked Bizarre in Belleville, and the Rumble of the Bumble street fair in Ypsilanti.
