First up, let’s talk about something that truly matters — saving lives. The City of Troy is teaming up with the American Red Cross to host blood drives at the Troy Community Center. Mark your calendars for 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Dec. 23 and Dec. 26, and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Jan. 2.
