The 2024 iteration of this popular annual event kicked off with the customary drive featuring none other than car collector extraordinaire, Ken Lingenfelter of The Lingenfelter Collection.
Known for his impressive collection of rare and stunning vehicles, Lingenfelter looked ready to roll as he embarked on his annual drive down Woodward Avenue. The event was a visual treat for car lovers, with some of the finest and unique models parading down the street.
The Dream Cruise is a tradition in our city. Having started in 1995, it is held annually on the third Saturday of August. It runs between 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., during which a 16-mile stretch of Woodward Avenue roars to life, flaunting a plethora of classic and contemporary automotive beauty that is a delight to behold.
The 2024 Woodward Dream Cruise was an extravaganza of its kind. Kicking off with a grand parade, the day was designed to satiate the automotive appetites of Detroit’s car enthusiasts.
