Metro Detroit’s New Fancy Apartments Are Filling Up Quick!

Get this, folks. Fancy new apartments that popped up recently in West Bloomfield, Metro Detroit, are filling up faster than you can say ‘luxury living. Inledged in the heart of West Bloomfield Township, The Apex West Bloomfield is the spot people are flocking to.

The Apex West Bloomfield Apartment

This 5-story, 212-unit giant just opened for business in early August and folks, it’s already become quite the sensation. Close to a Ferrari dealership, on the former site of Cauley Chevrolet (big win for new luxury, right?), the fine folks who conceived and built the complex are more than pleased with the results.

These dream apartments come fully loaded with all the bells and whistles: an outdoor plaza sporting a swimming pool and a hot tub, community rooms with huge TVs for shared enjoyment, a game room for fun and games, a gigantic gym for fitness freaks, and a lobby that’s straight out of boutique hotel desires.

The good news is spreading fast, people. As soon as the doors opened in August, over 70 units got picked up, and that’s doubly quick compared to what the developers expected. And, contrary to how it usually goes with new places, the priciest, roomiest apartments are being snapped up first.

All of the already-leased apartments boast a sprawling 1,900 square-foot area with three bedrooms and a tag of $6,000 a month. We must add here that only about seven of the 30 larger two-bedroom units asking around $4,000 per month are still unoccupied. For the smaller households, one-bedroom apartments of about 675 square feet start at just under $2,000 a month.

Moving in grants access to the parking garage, with an option for extra spots.

The happy residents are mostly young professionals, basically, the 25 to 35-year-old folks who don’t have kids yet. And of course, older folks whose kids are all grown up. According to the man in charge, folks are drawn here by the easy living, something nice, a great location, and impressive amenities.

This opulent abode is built by some local big-league investors along with Hunter Pasteur Homes. The Apex is a cut above the recently opened 188-unit luxury development in Detroit, Perennial Corktown, which is about 60% filled. And in the pipeline, they have another astounding project – the 152-unit Birmingham Pointe, set to open doors come February 2025.

Before we end, let’s recap some of the fabulous features of The Apex:

  • Artwork throughout the building’s lobby, hallways, and communal places.
  • A 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. concierge service for smooth living.
  • Most apartments have balconies or terraces – City view, anyone?
  • Sound-proof windows, Quartz kitchen countertops, and swanky finishes.
  • Tons of closet space, spacious washing, and drying areas.
  • Provision for parcels with many lockers and an oversized delivery room.
  • And for environment-friendly folks, 40 on-site EV charging stations and space for 40 more.

So, folks, if you are looking to reside in plush luxury, Metro Detroit’s newest apartment complex could be your next dream destination.
