Preparing to be Spooked in a Michigan Forest: The Return of Glenlore Trails’ Halloween Nighttime Trail

Commerce Township, Michigan is gearing up for a forest transformation that can only be described as a fantastic fusion of spooky and illuminate. The season of fright and fun is upon us, and with it comes the fifth edition of the much-awaited Glenlore Trails’ enchanted Halloween nighttime trail!

Starting Friday, September 20, Glenlore Trails is all set to welcome visitors for an enchanting, mile-long walk through the woods along the unique trail. Don’t worry, this is not your typical jump scare haunted trail. Instead, participants can anticipate a series of exciting interactive experiences and games nestled amidst the forest’s serenity.

Located at the heart of Commerce Township at 860 Newton Road within the confines of Multi-Lakes, this event is a perfect outing for the entire family! The trail is ready to intrigue everyone with new narratives and activations every year, making it a unique experience every time.

Ready to visit? Well, there’s good news here! Starting from Tuesday, August 13th, tickets are going up for sale. If you’re eager to snag these fast, you have the option to join their waitlist and gain access to ticket purchasing a day earlier. As for the prices: Adults cost $25, children from 4 to 12 years old cost $15, and it’s free for kids under 3. Senior citizens aged 65 and above can access the trail for just $20.

But that’s not all! To keep potential trail-goers energized and refreshed, there’ll be plenty of food trucks and concession stands stationed on-site. And for those interested in lending a hand in making the event unforgettable, there are opportunities to be a part of the trail crew, including roles as trail guides and parking staff.

Starting the weekend of the launch, the Glenlore Trails’ Halloween trail will open every Thursday through Sunday evening until November 3rd. And guess what? Shortly after, it will be transformed into a magical Christmas evening walk-through beginning November 15!
